CLOUD PORTAL RELEASE NOTES

The update rolls out the compatibility for VMS 6.0 Beta and various bug fixes and improvements:

IMPROVEMENTS

• The "How to add System" dialog is introduced. It opens up once a new system is being added.

BUG FIXES

• Sometimes, Push Notifications could not be delivered if configured to be sent to selected systems only. Fixed.

• Some cameras did not display on Cloud Portal even though they were accessible from the Desktop Client / Web Admin. Fixed.

• Export and time range controls were not highlighted in Chrome browser under macOS. Fixed.

• On the "View" tab, switching to another camera before the current camera stream was displayed, could result in error. Fixed.

• Cameras could not play live video when the View tab was opened for the first time. Fixed.

• Custom roles were configured incorrectly on Cloud Portal. Fixed.

• The camera detailed information tab was opened with white rectangle in mobile browsers. Fixed.

• System Settings displayed incorrect information about the current camera aspect ratio if switched from a previous one. Fixed.

• If a user opened a camera stream on Cloud Portal and then switched the codec from H264 to H265, The video kept playing leading to CPU overload. Fixed.

DOWNTIME

• There might be up to 4 minutes downtime of the following services:

  • Cloud Portal

  • Email Notifications

  • Push Notifications.

• Сloud connectivity will not be affected.
