Update Overview
To address the Ongoing Cloud Connectivity Service Degradation, we need to update Cloud DB to introduce caching between Channel Partners and Cloud DB modules.

Significantly reduces response latencies during peak usage periods
Resolves Enterprise systems unavailability issues experienced during high-traffic scenarios

Enhanced Reliability: Eliminated Enterprise system downtime caused by database overload

Known Issues & Side Effects
Enterprise User Permissions Delay due to the caching mechanism - will resolve automatically within the specified timeframe. Applies to the following functionality:
Changes to Enterprise user permissions
System sharing modifications for Enterprise users.
DOWNTIME
The update may cause up to 45 minutes downtime of the following services:
Cloud Portal
Email Notifications
Push Notifications
Channel Partners
Cross-Site Layouts
Connecting to Cloud from Desktop/Mobile Clients
Users already logged in may be affected.
