Update Overview

To address the Ongoing Cloud Connectivity Service Degradation, we need to upgrade Cloud DB instance to a more powerful configuration.

DOWNTIME

• The update may cause up to 20 minutes downtime of the following services:

  • Cloud Portal

  • Email Notifications

  • Push Notifications

  • Channel Partners

  • Cross-Site Layouts

  • Connecting to Cloud from Desktop/Mobile Clients

• Users already logged in may experience performance degradation

MAINTENANCE LOG

Oct 1, 2025(PST):

• 5:30 PM - Preparation Started

• 5:35 PM - Upgrade Started

• 5:37 PM - Downtime Started

• 5:48 PM - Upgrade Completed

• 5:52 PM - Downtime Ended (15 minutes total)

• 5:54 PM - Testing Started

• 6:05 PM - Testing was Unsuccessful. Preparing Rollback.

• 6:16 PM - Rollback Started

• 6:17 PM - Downtime Started

• 6:23 PM - Rollback Completed

• 6:24 PM - Downtime Ended (7 minutes total)

• 6:24 PM - Testing Started

• 6:31 PM - Testing Successfully Passed.
