UPDATE OVERVIEW

We are rolling out the OAuth2 server in smaller, incremental steps to minimize downtime risks and ensure a smooth transition for our partners.

In this phase, we will route ~20% of Cloud DB token verification to the new OAuth2 service. We will monitor latency and error rates during the ramp. A no-downtime rollback procedure is ready if needed.
