UPDATE OVERVIEW

On Dec 12, 2025, between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM PST, we will be performing maintenance to optimize Cloud Portal Database. As part of this maintenance, we will need to perform restart(s) after adjusting some parameters.

RELEASE NOTES

Cloud Portal DB tables will be updated to reduce size, and optimize performance.

DOWNTIME

• There will be 1 to 2 restarts after adjusting parameters.

• Each restart will result in up to 10 minutes of downtime for the following services:

  • Cloud Portal UI

  • Email / Push Notifications

  • New connections to Cloud from the Desktop / Mobile clients

  • Users already logged in will not be affected.

MAINTENANCE LOG

Dec 12, 2025 (PST):

• 5:04 - Maintenance began

• 5:06 - Push API down, table maintenance began.

• 5:07 - Table maintenance complete. Testing began.

• 5:08 - Testing complete.

• 5:09 - Maintenance complete.
