Update Overview

On Mar 19, 2026 2:30 PM PST (9:30 PM UTC), we are going to perform the Connect Portal update.

The new release (0.1.0) will be deployed.

Release Notes

Service Visibility
- Previously, whether a service was added or not, all services were available for all customers. Now, downstream customers should only see the services that are explicitly added to them.
- With this improvement, removal of a service is now possible.
Tiers (Beta)
- Enterprise, Professional, Lite+, Lite
- Tiers can be set when creating Channel Partners or Organizations.
- Switch to different Channel Partner: If a user has access to multiple Channel Partners, a button to switch to that Channel Partner will show up on that Channel Partner's page.

Korean and Spanish language support has been added
Manage Services | Show Available Services: switch that shows all available services vs services that have been added

Certain pages (Individual Channel Partner | Organization, Usage Statements, and Subscription Key) have not been fully updated to reflect Tiers.
