UPDATE OVERVIEW

On Apr 24, 2026, 5:00 AM PST (12 PM UTC), we are going to perform the Cloud DB Update.

We need to improve the stability and introduce a faster failover mechanism to prevent the further issues like the one that happened on Mar 30, 2026.

DOWNTIME

There should be no downtime, however, in case of stability issues, we will have to perform a switch to the older version, which may result in up to 15 minutes downtime of the following services:

• Cloud Portal

• Email Notifications

• Push Notifications

• Cross-Site Layouts

• Cloud Access (Desktop/Mobile Clients)

Logged in users will not be affected.

• 5:00 AM - Cloud DB Update started

• 5:03 AM - Cloud DB Update completed

• 5:10 AM - Traffic Switched for test system

• 5:10 AM - Testing Round1 Started

• 5:30 AM - Testing Round1 Completed

• 5:40 AM - Traffic Switched for all systems

• 5:47 AM - Cloud DB showed high latency and triggered monitoring alerts

• 5:50 AM - Rollback Completed

• 5:52 AM - Cloud DB Service restored

• Downtime: 5:47 - 5:52 AM

• Performance Degradation: 5:52 - 6:15 AM

• 5:55 AM - Testing started

• 6:30 AM - Testing finished
