Update Overview

On May 5, 2026 3:00 PM PST (10:00 PM UTC), we are going to perform the Connect Portal update.

The new release (0.1.4) will be deployed.

Release Notes

Tier selection in Generate Subscription Keys: CPs with more than one tier can now select a tier when generating subscription keys — tiers and services without valid pricing are shown as disabled with explanatory tooltips
Tier column in Generated Keys table: For CPs with multiple tiers, a Tier column is now shown in the Generated Subscription Keys table
SSO feature on Tier Cards: Tier cards now display an SSO icon indicating that SSO is an Enterprise-only feature; the Change Tier summary page for Orgs also shows a warning if SSO would be removed

Table page memory: Tables now remember the page you were on within a session — navigating away and coming back will keep your place in the CP, Org, Usage Statement, and Subscription Key tables; Usage Statement also remembers the last selected month
Warning when editing tiers without services: A warning message now appears if you attempt to leave the Services page without having at least one service added per tier
Change Tiers helper text updated: Instructional text on Edit Tiers and Change Tier has been updated to be clearer and more accurate
Tier selection restored after navigating back: Previously selected tier is now correctly restored when navigating back from the Services page
Service descriptions: Service descriptions are now keyed to service name, ensuring the correct description displays for each service
Change Tiers header updated: The header on Edit Tiers (CP) and Change Tier (Org) now correctly reads "Services" instead of "Tiers"

Download Summary button has been temporarily turned off again due to ongoing issues — we'll work to get this re-enabled as soon as possible :slightly_smiling_face:
When transferring a Site to an Organization, that Organization must have been created with the Core service added — otherwise Credit Core subscriptions may not appear correctly
- This limitation will remain until the transition to subscription keys is complete
Tiers has not been fully updated throughout the application — certain pages (Individual CP/Org, Usage Statements) are still being updated and will be addressed in the coming weeks
