UPDATE OVERVIEW

DataPacket will be performing hardware maintenance in our Los Angeles location to install ATS units on the power infrastructure serving the Relay Server (relay-us-lax-1-prod-dp). This work is part of ongoing infrastructure improvements aimed at enhancing power redundancy and overall service resilience.

DOWNTIME

During the maintenance, traffic will be routed to other Relay Servers. The impact will be minimal.

Users in Los Angeles and nearby regions may notice sporadic performance degradations for no more than 30 minutes during the maintenance window:

• Connection time may be increased

• Video Streaming performance may be affected
