We need to reconfigure some internal components related to Cloud Portal and perform the restart for changes to take effect.

Up to 3 minutes performance degradation of the following services:

• Cloud Portal

• Cross-Site Layouts

• Cloud Access (Desktop/Mobile Clients)

Logged in users will not be affected.

MAINTENANCE LOG (PST)

• Maintenance has been rescheduled to 2026-05-22 at 5:30 PM PST. This change is being made because an emergency fix related to the ongoing [incident] must take priority.
