UPDATE OVERVIEW

On May 28, 2026, 6:00 PM PST (01:00 AM UTC), we are going to perform the Cloud DB Update.

DOWNTIME

There should be no downtime, however, in case of stability issues, we will have to perform a switch to the older version, which may result in up to 15 minutes downtime of the following services:

  • Cloud Portal

  • Email Notifications

  • Push Notifications

  • Cross-Site Layouts

  • Cloud Access (Desktop/Mobile Clients)

Logged in users will not be affected.
