Update Overview

On May 5, 2026 3:00 PM PST (10:00 PM UTC), we are going to perform the Connect Portal update.

The new release (0.1.4) will be deployed.

Improvements

• Usage statements:

  • Tier info should now be visible on service cards

  • The tier column is added

• CP page: Tier tag under Channel Partner’s name added with hover tooltip for tiers and their states

• Subkey vs sub amounts added to U/S on hover

• UX Fixes:

  • Name is changed from "activate" to "redeem" for sub keys

  • The Create button is now more descriptive

  • Usage statement download button is re-enabled

Bug Fixes

• Paginator no longer highlights unexpectedly

• Currently selected tier no longer in some cases states "unknown"

• Tier card and services page now match properly.

Known Issues

• Calculations for non-enterprise tiers on usage statement still incorrect.
