[incident + maintenance] 2026-08-04 5:30 PM PST - Cross -Site Notification Issues & Cloud Portal Maintenance

Incident Summary

Date/Time : Jul 29, 202610:55 - ongoing

Service Impacted: Cross-Site Notifications (Enterprise Users)
Severity: Low
Total Duration: ongoing

Customer Impact:

  • Cross-Site Notifications are not working

  • Only Enterprise customers using this functionality are affected

Incident Overview

After the last incident with Cloud, we did partial rollback that fixed the issue. However, the other part was not rolled back until further investigation. The Cloud module responsible for Cross-Site notifications was not stable. As this functionality has been recently introduced and is not being used by many users, we intended to address this in a following planned infrastructure maintenance.
However, our internal monitoring shows certain instability within the scaling group that hosts this module together with Cloud Portal as well. To ensure the stability of the full Cloud stack, we need to perform an emergency update.

Emergency Update

On Aug 4, 2026 5:30 PM PST (Aug 5, 2026 12:30 AM UTC), we are going to perform an infrastructure upgrade to improve stability of the scaling group hosting Cloud modules responsible for Cross-Site notifications and Cloud Portal.

DOWNTIME

  • To stabilize the functionality, we need to perform a series of rollbacks oh the infrastructure side. As a result, there might be up to 2 hours of combined partial downtime of the following services:

    • Cloud Portal

    • Email Notifications

    • Push Notifications.

  • Сloud connectivity MAY be affected - users may be unable to log into their Sites from Desktop / Mobile Clients.
To avoid that, make sure users are logged in to their Sites before the maintenance - connected sessions will NOT be affected.
