[maintenance] 2026-08-10 5:30 PM PST - Cloud Infrastructure Maintenance

Update Overview

After the last incident with Cloud, we did partial rollback that fixed the issue. However, the other parts were not rolled back until further investigation. To ensure the stability of the full Cloud stack, we need to roll back the remaining parts to the last known stable configuration.

On Aug 10, 2026 5:30 PM PST (Aug 11, 2026 12:30 AM UTC), we are going to perform an infrastructure maintenance to improve stability of the scaling group hosting Cloud modules responsible for:

Channel partners
Cross-Site Layouts
Email notifications
New Sites discovery

DOWNTIME

To stabilize the functionality, we need to perform a series of rollbacks on the infrastructure side. As a result, there might be up to 30 minutes of combined partial downtime of the following services:
- Channel partners (Enterprise features)
- Cross-Site Layouts
- Email notifications
- New Sites will not be able to connect as endpoints are not discoverable.
Сloud connectivity MAY be affected - users may be unable to log into their Sites from Desktop / Mobile Clients.
To avoid that, make sure users are logged in to their Sites before the maintenance - connected sessions will NOT be affected.
